Tim was promoted today to Staff Sergeant! Jack was *mostly* good during the ceremony and only squaked a little. ;)

If you look really closely here, you can see that Jack took it upon himself to remove one of Tim's new SSgt rank. It is in his hand. I guess he needed to inspect it! ;)
